Most orders are produced and shipped from our shop within 2 business days.

Some less-common colors and sizes may not be physically stocked when you order. Those orders may take up to 5 business days while we bring in the correct blank and produce your item.

If we expect production to take longer than that, we'll contact you directly.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Because most of our merchandise is printed to order, we do not keep a large inventory of finished products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Size exchanges: Unworn and unwashed apparel may be exchanged for another size within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping of the replacement item.

Items must be returned in new condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return instructions.

Custom or special-order items may not be returnable unless there is a production defect or we made the item incorrectly.

International customers should contact us before returning an item so we can work out the best solution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

We specialize in small-run and print-to-order production and can often make additional garment styles, colors, sizes and print combinations beyond what's shown in the store.

Don't hesitate to contact us with a special request. If we can source it and make it correctly, we'll do our best to make it happen.

Not every available combination has its own mockup. The image shown may represent a similar version of the product.

We will make exactly the garment color, size and graphic/print option you select.
